  • Budget Development: Together, we create a feasible budget aligned with your goals.
  • Design Collaboration: Choose from our recommended designers or bring your own. Once materials and designs are finalized, we provide a detailed estimate.


When you’re ready and confident in our plan, we’ll sign an engagement agreement to move forward.

Preconstruction:  Preparing for Success

  • Land Survey and Topographical Plan: For architects, engineers, and other specialists.
  • City Approvals: Submission of plans and requiring of the permits.
  • Specialist Coordination: Addressing city requirements, such as tree permits or hazardous material removal.

Demo and Construction:  Turning Plans into Reality

This is where your project begins to take physical shape.


  • Safe Deconstruction: Old buildings are removed with care and inspected for proper clearance.
  • Foundation Work: Soil removal, gravel placement, and concrete pouring, all inspected by certified professionals.
  • Structural Build: From framing and roof shingles to plumbing and electrical systems, we ensure everything is up to code.
  • Energy Efficiency: We install dense insulation and conduct heat loss testing to maximize comfort and sustainability.
  • Finishing Touches: Drywall, flooring, tiles, paint, and fixtures are added before the final inspection and occupancy permit approval.

Once construction is complete, we ensure every detail is perfect:


  • Safe Deconstruction: Walk-Through: Together, we identify and address any final deficiencies.
  • Showcase Opportunities: With your permission, your home may be submitted for awards or magazine features.
  • Warranty Explanation: We detail your 2-5-10 warranty so you can enjoy peace of mind.
